If you opt in to SMS, we record your phone number, the message categories you selected, the time of consent, the page where you consented, the disclosure version, and your browser user agent.

We do not ask for health conditions, diagnoses, or treatment details, and we ask that you not submit them.

How we use information

We use information to respond to your questions, send the text message options you checked, and keep records of your consent and opt-out choices.

SMS communications

If you opt in, we send only the categories you choose: account notifications for subscribers, plus optional recurring marketing messages about new website guides and resources. Mobile opt-in information

This includes research organizations, trial sponsors, drug development companies, and third-party marketers.

Informed Research Guide does not offer introductions to independent programs through SMS. If a courtesy introduction were ever offered, sharing your contact details for it would require separate, explicit consent that is independent of SMS opt-in.
